About the Role
We are looking for candidates who are interested in growing in a lead generation outbound sales role and are comfortable working fully onsite from our office. They should be proactive, results-driven, and eager to contribute to our growing cybersecurity business.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify prospective clients in target markets.
Engage leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Build and manage comprehensive profiles on prospects, including key decision-makers and business needs.
Lead Qualification:
Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Pass high-potential leads to the sales team for further development.
Outreach & Engagement:
Conduct personalized outreach to initiate conversations and build relationships.
Schedule demos and meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems like Hubspot CRM.
Analyse and report on outreach performance and lead quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
1 to 2 years of sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience (preferred).
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, RocketReach/Lusha
A proactive, resilient mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
Experience in SaaS, tech sales, or a similar field is a bonus!
