Our Engineering Program

By joining our Engineering Program you'll gain exposure across the full asset lifecycle - from design and project delivery through to operations and maintenance. With the flexibility to build capabilities aligned to your interests and strengths, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced engineers and industry experts, learning how to apply technical judgement in real-world, high impact environments.

As your career takes shape, you'll have the opportunity to build depth and direction in either project delivery and project engineering focusing on the design, construction and commissioning of new growth projects, or pursue a pathway centred on safety, reliability and longterm performance of existing and newly built infrastructure.

About you

• You're currently in your final year of a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), or completed studies within the last 12 months.
• You're available to commence your full-time career in March 2027.
• You're an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident in Australia.
