We help businesses facing complex financial challenges find a way forward. Sometimes that's restructuring. Sometimes it's a turnaround. Sometimes it's finding an innovative solution no one else considered. Our Sydney team specialises in using the skills gained from managing insolvencies to avoid them wherever possible, preserving not just profitability, but privacy and reputation as well.

We work across all sectors: financial services, manufacturing, retail, property, construction, mining, and agribusiness. Every client is different. Every situation is unique. So the solutions need to be, too.

What you’ll be doing

As a graduate, you will work alongside diverse experts from varied professional backgrounds, including our Sydney leaders who bring extensive experience from prominent national firms. You will be exposed to:

• Restructuring and turnaround strategies
• Financial analysis and investigations
• Stakeholder negotiations and complex problem-solving
• Advisory work that shapes business outcomes
• Real client situations from day one

This isn't a role where you'll spend years on the sidelines. You will be part of the team solving real problems for real businesses, learning how to listen deeply, think strategically, and execute with precision.

Who you are

You are a final year accounting or commerce student graduating in late 2025 or early 2026. You are curious about how businesses work and what happens when they don't. You want to understand the full picture before jumping to solutions. You're comfortable with complexity and ambiguity. You can think strategically but also roll up your sleeves to get things done.
