2026 I&T Graduate - Data Science and Analytics

The CSL Internship Program is a paid 10-week program for university undergraduate and postgraduates students in their second last year of study. 

Our program is focused on giving you hands-on experience and enhancing your future skills through learning and development opportunities all whilst working alongside and learning from a diverse group of professionals who are leaders in their field.

Throughout your program journey, you’ll be supported with a dedicated Program Manager, line manager and one of our current graduates with exposure to various teams and functions across the business. At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to apply to and be considered for early offers to join our award-winning Graduate Program for the following year.

As an I&T graduate, you'll be strategically placed within high-impact departments including I&T Service Delivery, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing Platforms. This program is designed to accelerate your professional development while you tackle real-world challenges using cutting-edge technology.

You will have the chance to: 

  • Infrastructure & Innovation: Transform our digital landscape by delivering capital projects that modernise our Digital Core and application ecosystems, ensuring our technology foundation supports breakthrough research and manufacturing excellence.
  • Business Integration: Become embedded within critical business operations and governance frameworks, playing a vital role in ensuring our life-saving products reach patients on schedule through seamless I&T service delivery.
  • Performance Excellence: Drive continuous improvement by reviewing, defining, and implementing next-generation Service Delivery metrics that guarantee stable, reliable I&T services across our organisation.
  • Emerging Technology: Exposure Gain hands-on experience with the latest technological innovations, including AI/ML applications, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives that are reshaping the biotech industry.

Preferred degrees / disciplines: Computer & Data Science – LLM and GenAI  -  Programme / Change Management, Application Development, FinOps and Service Reliability Engineering
