Are you looking for an opportunity to gain real-world experience within Supply Chain?

We are seeking a motivated individual for our Supply Chain/Logistics team in Broadmeadows for a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a dynamic manufacturing and distribution environment while developing valuable industry experience in biotech.

Working alongside experienced supply chain professionals, you will gain exposure to warehousing, inventory management, logistics operations, planning, and supply chain analytics.

What you'll be doing

As part of the Supply Chain team, you will support a range of operational and improvement activities, including:

• Assisting with inventory management and stock accuracy activities
• Supporting inbound and outbound logistics processes
• Monitoring and analysing supply chain and warehouse data
• Tracking deliveries and helping coordinate logistics activities
• Supporting warehouse and inventory reporting
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Assisting with scheduling and administration activities within logistics operations
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and manufacturing teams
• Contributing to a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment

What we're looking for

You will be:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• Eligible to undertake a full-time 12-month contract
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Analytical and comfortable working with data
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
