As you write your next chapter what shape will it take?
At EY, we offer more than just an internship. We offer you the chance to build a truly exceptional career. We’ll empower you with the latest technology, surround you with high-performing teams, and provide the global scale and diverse and inclusive culture you need to discover your full potential.
The Opportunity
Join EY's Transaction Real Estate team and gain hands-on experience while completing your degree.
Our team works with private and public sector clients across a broad range of real estate projects, providing advice on transactions, valuations, development opportunities and strategic property decisions. As one of Australia's leading real estate advisory practices, we help clients navigate complex property challenges and identify opportunities to create long-term value.
As part of the team, you may gain exposure to:
Real Estate Valuations across a range of asset classes including office, retail, residential, development projects and specialist asset classes.
Real Estate Transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and structured development agreements.
Real Estate Advisory projects such as feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, market research and due diligence.
Capital and Funding Advisory supporting clients to explore and secure funding solutions for property and development projects.
Development and Project Advisory services across procurement, budgeting, feasibility analysis and stakeholder management.
Unlike a traditional vacationer program, this opportunity allows you to work in a casual capacity alongside your studies, building practical experience and developing your professional skills before graduation.
High-performing casual team members may be considered for future full-time Consultant opportunities when their degree is completed.
