Your first 12 weeks  

You will get hands-on with SQL, Python, data loading processes, business intelligence tools, agile delivery, and AI integrations. You will learn how AI and data teams build pipelines, dashboards, automations, and model-based workflows.  

Roles you could move into  

• Data Engineer: build pipelines that clean, structure, and move data.  
• Data Analyst: analyse datasets, spot trends, and build reports that shape decisions.  
• BI Developer: build dashboards that make complex data easier to act on.  
• Automation Engineer: design workflows that remove repetitive manual tasks.  
• AI Engineer: build AI applications, integrate APIs, fine-tune models, and check outputs.  

Where it leads: As you build experience, your path can open into data engineering, AI engineering, automation, and machine learning roles.

What you need to bring  

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any subject  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills  
• Clear communication and good people skills  
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt  
• Determination and drive  
• Proficiency in English. Cantonese is preferred  
• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong  
• Commitment to FDM's full 2.5-year Graduate Programme  

Nice to have  

• Python or SQL experience
