What You Will Do

This is a position to support the Finance team for FTI Consulting in Asia Pacific.

• Assisting in daily accounting duties such as journal entries posting, running financial reports, etc. 
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and accounting breakdowns, linking the reconciliations to trial balances. 
• Preparing bank reconciliations. 
• Updating key financial information in accounting system. 
• Scanning and saving audit reports, tax computations or other important documents. 
• Checking Audit Accounts (i.e., Casting and tying up). 
• Performing data analysis on a number of different transactions. 
• Assisting with ad hoc Finance projects.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently undertaking a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Business-related discipline. 
• Willingness to learn. 
• Good time management and an organised approach to tasks. 
• Excellent attention to detail. 
• The ability to take responsibility for own work. 
• A professional and positive attitude, remaining patient at all times and calm under pressure. 
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs is essential. 
• Excellent written & spoken English.
