Key responsibilities in your new role
- Requirements Analysis: Understand Key Package Requirements for New Product Introduction (NPI), including Technology, Bill of Materials (BoM), Package Design Features, Assembly Site, Electrical specs, and Cost.
- Strategic Simplification: Enable fast and timely strategic thinking by simplifying large and complex data sets according to Key Package requirements.
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from the IFX Database.
- Database Generation: Generate a customizable database based on pre-defined package requirements (Technology, BoM, Design Features, Assembly Site, Electrical, Cost).
- Dashboard Development: Generate a dashboard comparing NPI Requirements vs. Qualified Product (from Database) by attributes.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: Pursuing a career in Engineering, especially in Electronics, Materials, Chemical, or Data Analytics.
- Semiconductor Knowledge: Basic understanding of semiconductor Process, Material, and Technology.
- Technical Exposure: Knowledgeable in AI, Digitalisation, and Computer programming languages (preferred).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle tasks independently.
- Preferred Intake: Jan 27 – May/June 27.
