About the Opportunity

This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. You’ll work alongside an experienced small team and gain broad exposure across technical support, solution testing, demonstrations, training and customer engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support cloud, networking, security technology, CCTV, AI and unified communications solutions 
• Assist with product testing, simulation and proof-of-concept activities 
• Help troubleshoot and configure solutions 
• Conduct product demonstrations and support customer presentations
• Participate in product training and customer familiarisation sessions 
• Evaluate emerging technologies and new products
• Support trade shows, partner events and occasional travel
• Provide some internal IT support as required 

Internship Pathway

For internship applicants, we offer:

• Paid 10–12 week internship 
• Flexible 3–5 day per week arrangements considered 
• Structured hands-on learning and mentoring 
• Exposure to real projects and customer environments from day one 
• Opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and mutual fit 

High-performing interns may be considered for ongoing permanent employment upon successful completion of the internship and subject to standard pre-employment checks.

About You

You may be a recent graduate, final-year student or early-career professional with an interest in technology and a desire to keep learning.

✔ Strong aptitude and problem-solving skills
✔ Great communication and people skills
✔ Motivation, initiative and strong work ethic
