2026/27 KPMG Vacationer Program – Tax

Help organisations make confident, ethical and commercially sound decisions. Our Tax teams work across corporate tax, international tax, transactions, transfer pricing, dispute resolution, employment taxes, indirect taxes and more, supporting clients as they navigate complex legislation, global trade, commercial change and regulatory expectations. You may research cross‑border tax issues, analyse business operations, contribute to compliance and reporting, or help develop recommendations that guide major decisions. If you enjoy structured thinking, problem‑solving, global commercial trends and working closely with clients, this pathway could be a great fit.

This pathway would suit students from:

  • Accounting
  • Commerce or Business
  • Economics
  • Law
  • Finance
  • Data or technology‑related disciplines (e.g., Data Engineering) with an interest in tax analytics or compliance

The Work

Depending on your team, your work could include:

  • Researching and interpreting tax legislation
  • Analysing international tax rules and cross‑border implications
  • Supporting tax compliance, advisory or reporting activities
  • Assisting with due diligence for transactions
  • Identifying risks and opportunities in tax processes and controls
  • Helping prepare advice, recommendations and insights for clients

Many graduates join our 18‑month Tax Rotation Program, spending six months in three different tax teams. This gives you broad exposure, deeper capability and the chance to discover which specialism fits you best.
