The Work

Depending on the team, your work might include:

• Reviewing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Assessing governance frameworks, risk controls and compliance practices
• Helping design or evaluate government programs and public services
• Mapping customer journeys or analysing operational data
• Supporting organisational change, stakeholder engagement or transformation projects
• Contributing to digital, technology or advisory initiatives that enable better outcomes

You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of industries and project types, helping you build strong consulting skills and a deep understanding of how organisations work.

About the Graduate Program

• For students in their final year of study in 2026 or recently graduated and not yet in professional work.
• A one‑year grow pathway with targeted coaching, support and development as you begin your career.
• Real client work from the start, so you can make an impact and learn straightaway.
• Job offers made in April.
• Start work in February 2027 (some teams may start slightly earlier or later) in a full‑time, ongoing graduate role.
