2027 KPMG Graduate Program – Technology & Digital

Help organisations harness emerging technologies to work smarter, move faster and solve complex problems. Our teams work across cyber security, cloud, data, AI, digital transformation, technology strategy, engineering and more — helping clients modernise systems, strengthen resilience, and create better experiences for their customers and communities. You might analyse data, explore new digital tools, support cyber initiatives or help implement tech solutions that drive meaningful change. The Work

Depending on your team, your work could include:

  • Analysing data to uncover insights and support decision‑making
  • Supporting cyber security assessments and helping protect client systems
  • Designing or integrating cloud and digital platforms
  • Building or testing AI and machine learning models
  • Improving digital user experiences for customers and communities
  • Reviewing technology risks, performance and architecture

You’ll gain exposure to diverse industries, from government and energy to financial services, health, retail and infrastructure, while building technical capability, problem‑solving skills and a strong understanding of how digital solutions come to life.

About the Graduate Program

  • For students in their final year of study in 2026 or recently graduated and not yet in professional work.
  • A one‑year grow pathway with targeted coaching, support and development as you begin your career.
  • Real client work from the start, so you can make an impact and learn straightaway.
  • Job offers made in April.
  • Start work in February 2027 (some teams may start slightly earlier or later) in a full‑time, ongoing graduate role.
