The LDB Graduate Program has been specially designed to provide the learning, development and real-work experience you need to become a talented accountant, professional and future leader. Throughout the two-year program, you will work full-time in a team with senior and junior accountants, managers, and partners, contributing to a broad range of clients and services. LDB will also fully support you in the completion of your CA qualification. By the program’s conclusion, you will have the knowledge and skills needed to step into an Intermediate Accountant position, with the opportunity for future progression into senior and/or leadership roles.
