Description
Arches Agri Grad Program is a brand-new grad program with a difference, designed to support the next generation of leaders in Australian agriculture.
Launching in 2026, the inaugural Arches Agri Grads will get to work from February 2027. Graduates are employed by one of the Program's industry partners, Ingham’s, McCain Foods or Turosi, and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the agricultural supply chain through a series of rotations. Each grad will be required to follow the employment terms, conditions and directions of their employer, including role location, duties, supervision and applicable workplace policies.
McDonald's Australia supports the Arches Agri Grad Program by providing professional development, industry mentoring, advocacy opportunities and exposure to real-world challenges shaping the future of Australian agriculture. McDonald’s Australia is not an employer of participants in the Program.
About Arches Agri Grad Program
Over the 18-month program, graduates will complete 3-5 rotations within their host organisation, gaining practical experience across different areas of the business.
Rotations may include working in farming, planning, hatchery, milling, agronomy, commercial & innovation, marketing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing.

About the Golden Idea
Arches Agri Grad Program applicants are asked to submit a Golden Idea that addresses a specific challenge being faced by the argi industry.
