What's in it for you?

Designed to build your generalist Human Resources (HR) skills and set you up for a successful career, your adventure begins in the People Services team, where you'll handle employee enquiries and support HR activities across the employee lifecycle.

Following this, you'll experience two six-month rotations in our Business Partnering and Future Workforce team, and Talent, Culture and Capability team.

You'll also choose a rotation in another of our teams that interests you, such as Reward and People Technology, Safety Wellbeing and Sustainability, and Workforce Strategy and Transformation.

We offer permanent, full-time positions based in our Melbourne (Docklands) or Sydney (North Sydney) offices.

What we look for in a graduate

We're seeking an aspiring human resources professional who brings creative thinking and a passion for challenging the status quo. We value versatility, analytical skills and the ability to think 'outside-in' to solve complex problems.

We welcome graduates from degrees including – but not limited to – Human Resources, Business, Commerce, Psychology and Engineering.

Where People and Culture can take you

Upon completing the program, you'll transition into an Associate role within one of our teams.

To be eligible for our 2027 cohort you must meet the below eligibility criteria at the time of application:

  • You are a Citizen of Australia / New Zealand, or an Australian permanent resident; and
  • You are in your final year of university and due to complete your degree before the program commences, or; you have completed your final subject in the last 24 months; and
  • You are available to commence full time work from February 2027.
