As part of the NEXTDC Graduate Program 2027, you’ll join a high-performing Finance team that plays a key role in supporting our rapid growth and innovation. You’ll join a team that keeps the engine running – the operational backbone that ensures every invoice, payment and contract flows accurately and on time. This is where you’ll learn how financial operations connect to customer satisfaction, commercial integrity and scalable growth.

What You’ll Work On

This program gives you a 360-degree understanding of our operational ecosystem. In your first year, you’ll rotate through key business functions, building the cross-functional knowledge that sets great operators apart. You’ll also see firsthand how AI and automation are transforming financial operations, from intelligent invoice processing to predictive revenue assurance.

Your rotations will include:

• Receivables – customer invoicing and cash allocation
• Payables – vendor payments and cost controls
• Banking – cash movement, accounts, and reconciliation
• Revenue Assurance – contract governance, pricing, deal validation, and compliance

By the end of your rotations, you’ll understand how each function works together to deliver financial accuracy, customer satisfaction and scalable, repeatable operations across the business.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for experience - we’re looking for potential. You will thrive in this role if you’re:

• Analytical, logical, and naturally curious
• Able to think on your feet and work through ambiguity
• Comfortable learning new systems and IT tools and excited about how AI is changing financial operations
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaboration
• Detail oriented with a passion for accuracy
• Interested in commercial operations, contracts, or financial processes

Eligibility & Preferred Backgrounds

• Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident 
• Have completed your most recent undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 3 years of the program start date (February 2027) 
• Be ready to commence full time work at the program start date in February 2027 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or similar (all disciplines are encouraged to apply) 
• Interest in Technology, AI and Digital Infrastructure
