You’ll join a small but mighty team that’s a trusted partner to the business. We’re strategic and hands-on, embedded across every part of the organisation – from attracting and developing talent, to shaping culture, driving performance and designing the employee experience.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll get hands-on experience across the full breadth of the People & Culture function, with exposure to HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organisational Development and Employee Experience. You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals who will challenge your thinking and invest in your development.
This is a unique time to be entering HR. AI is fundamentally changing how organisations attract, develop and support their people and NEXTDC’s P&C team is leaning into that shift, not watching from the sidelines. You don’t need to arrive as an AI expert, but you do need to bring the confidence to challenge how things have been done in the pre-AI era.
You’ll contribute to real projects that directly impact how we attract, develop and retain our people and you’ll support employee lifecycle processes, culture initiatives and engagement projects that sit at the heart of a high-growth technology company.
