NoemDek Limited, a diversified company with interests in oil & gas, technology, logistics and mining, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented recent college graduate to join our team as a Human Resources and Administration Officer.  

This individual should be extremely intelligent, hardworking, and eager to learn and grow within our organization. 

What You Will Do

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office management duties.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong passion for HR and admin functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
