About the role

As a Graduate Auditor, you will:

  • Work closely with experienced auditors, managers, and partners on client engagements.
  • Assist in financial audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks for a range of businesses.
  • Develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills through real-world application.
  • Gain experience using leading audit technology and methodologies.
  • Be supported through structured learning and development programs.

You will also have the opportunity to broaden your skills with extensive training, development and support (including our National Graduate Conference) and the Chartered Accountant Program, as well as further relevant post graduate studies.

Who we’re after

We are looking for accounting graduates with a keen interest in business who want to grow with the firm to become a trusted advisor to our clients. You:

  • Are a recent graduate (graduation date in 2025) with an accounting major
  • Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen; Australian Permanent Resident; or
  • Are an international student with a valid working visa for up to 2 years
  • Will bring a can-do attitude, a willingness to put your hand up, have a go, and step outside your comfort zone
  • Will have a track record of working in teams and an interest in self-development, you are looking to improve yourself and are keen to work with a wide range of clients
  • Have a desire to complete your CA or CPA qualification
