About the Role

As an IT Intern, you’ll assist end users with day-to-day support requests, onboard and offboard users including laptop and mobile build/configuration, and learn about network and system administration in an enterprise setting. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting SG Fleet’s infrastructure and service delivery while developing your technical problem-solving skills. 

 Key Responsibilities

• Assist end users with daily support requests across SG Fleet systems
• Onboard and offboard users, including laptop and mobile build/configuration
• Learn and support network and system administration in an enterprise environment
• Maintain IT asset records and assist with hardware/software lifecycle management
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve service delivery and user experience
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the 2027 SG Fleet Internship Program, you must:

• Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen with full working rights
• Be in your final year of undergraduate study in 2027
• Be available to participate in the internship program based at SG Fleet’s Sydney Head Office in Pymble, NSW Ready to launch your career?
  
  What’s Next
  
  This internship is open to final-year university students. You’ll be based at SG Fleet’s Head office at Pymble (with a move to North Sydney in April 2027)  with easy access via train and our complimentary shuttle bus.

  The initial screening process will involve a teams meeting with our Intern recruitment team.  Next step will be to complete your online assessment.
