About the Team: 

HR Generalists in Shopee process the employee life cycle, working closely with stakeholders and the team to drive the business excellence together in a fast-paced working environment.  

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to help process and execute the day-to-day HR transactions. 

What You Will Do 

• Process and execute day to day HR transactions throughout the employee life cycle from onboarding integration, employee grievances, performance management, compensation & benefit, to exit management. 
• Support on people matters and legal processes, such as compliance with local labor laws and regulations. 
• Process and manage all aspects of payroll, including calculating hours, calculating deductions, processing new hires and terminations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. 
• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely payroll records and reports. Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee questions about payroll and benefits. 
• Build and promote a strong sense of engagement with employees. 
• Support implementation of initiatives from Centre of Excellence such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employers branding, Compensation & Benefits when necessary. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 
• Proven track record of providing effective support and guidance on HR matters. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
