We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to join Kuala Lumpur HR Hub.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR transactions and payroll systems, with a focus on translating Russian to English.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the HR Process and System Lead on various projects.
- Assist in translating documents from Russian to English and updating the payroll system accordingly.
- Support Payroll Analysts and HR Operations Analysts in performing HR transactions in payroll system.
- Assist to run and prepare reports in the payroll system.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read and write in both Russian and English languages.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resource, Business Management, Finance, IT, Language, Mass Communication, or any related field.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Science, Psychology, Management, Business Administration or equivalent degree qualifications.
- Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
- Having exposure in SAP will be an added advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal errors.
- Proves intercultural adaptability and sensitivity.
- Loyalty, commitment, engagement, and confidentiality of any information pertaining to the company or its employees.
- Capacity to perform highly, both individually and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work at all organizational levels.
