We're seeking enthusiastic graduates who are completing or have recently completed a degree in:

Depending on the discipline, you will be required to complete rotations across our 3 assets located in the Bowen Basin, gaining practical skills and experience working with industry professionals who will support your development and help build a successful career in mining.

We are looking for:

• Recent graduates (qualifications obtained in 2025 or 2026)
• A practical mindset and willingness to learn on site
• Genuine interest in building a career in mining 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Australian driver’s licence
• Australian working rights
• Ability to relocate or undertake rotations in Central Queensland for the majority of the program (accommodation and travel support will be provided if required)
