The program: 

Our 2-year graduate program will be engineering, and finance focused and has been developed to support you in the early stages of your professional journey and provide you with the essential skills needed for a successful career. It is designed to provide you the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of business areas throughout Tilt Renewables. 

• 2 graduate positions 
• Melbourne based; 
• Commencing February 2027, opportunity for a 2027 mid-year intake; 
• 3x 8-month rotations; 
• Paired with a buddy to help you settle into each rotation; 
• Matched with a mentor to support you during each rotation; 
• A graduate sponsor to help you throughout the program; 
• Work with and learn from outstanding industry professionals; 
• Opportunity to visit our development and operational sites;

What do I need to be eligible for the program? 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, finance or commerce; 
• Completed your degree in 2025, 2026 or due to complete in early 2027; and 
• Must have the right to work in Australia for a minimum of two years from the commencement of the graduate program.
