Reports To: Early Careers Program Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Early Careers Intern to support our Early Careers team during a key period of activity. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping shape meaningful early career experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Early Careers Program Manager
Assist with coordination and scheduling for intern and graduate recruitment processes
Maintain spreadsheets, candidate trackers, inboxes, and documentation
Support logistics for graduate program events and initiatives
Assist with the preparation and delivery of our upcoming Graduate Assessment Day
Provide on-the-day support at the Assessment Centre, including setup, registration, and timekeeping
Liaise with internal stakeholders, candidates, and third-party providers as needed
Help ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates and attendees
What You’ll Bring:
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (HR or recruitment exposure a plus)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
A collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
Comfort working in a fast-paced and people-focused environment
