Early Careers Intern (Oct - Nov)

Contract Type: Casual / Fixed-term – Approximately 4 weeks
Reports To: Early Careers Program Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Early Careers Intern to support our Early Careers team during a key period of activity. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping shape meaningful early career experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Early Careers Program Manager

  • Assist with coordination and scheduling for intern and graduate recruitment processes

  • Maintain spreadsheets, candidate trackers, inboxes, and documentation

  • Support logistics for graduate program events and initiatives

  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of our upcoming Graduate Assessment Day

  • Provide on-the-day support at the Assessment Centre, including setup, registration, and timekeeping

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, candidates, and third-party providers as needed

  • Help ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates and attendees

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (HR or recruitment exposure a plus)

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • A collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and people-focused environment
