What you’ll do

As a Vincents graduate, you’ll be supported to grow - professionally and personally - while building strong connections across the firm.

Through our STEP Graduate Program, you’ll:

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to know everything - that’s what the program is for. What matters most is your mindset.

You’ll bring:

• A Commerce or Business degree with an Accounting major (final-year or recent graduate)
• Curiosity, motivation and a genuine desire to learn
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative, team-first approach
• Openness to new ideas, feedback and growth
