We’re seeking Graduates to join our Audit & Assurance team in February 2027. This role involves attending to audit and financial reporting requirements under the guidance of Audit Partners and Managers, conducting on-site audits to build client relationships, reviewing financial systems to identify controls and improvements, addressing audit risks through substantive procedures, preparing draft financial statements, and actively contributing to the audit team’s and firm’s overall culture.
What makes you ‘just right’:
- You will be a final year undergraduate student, or recent graduate, studying a degree in Business, Commerce, or a similar discipline with a major in Accounting
- You're detailed oriented, eager to learn and ready to take on new challenges.
- You're excited to gain exposure to diverse range of clients and industries.
- You're comfortable working independently but also communicate effectively and work well in a collaborative team.
The care continues beyond your Graduate year.
- We do everything possible to ensure you’re supported through the Chartered Accountants (CA) Program both financially and through technical training sessions, mentorship, study resources, peer workgroups, and up to 3 days study leave per module.
- We have a defined progression framework to ensure year-on-year professional and personal growth.
