The Role 
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will have responsibility for supporting our people across Queensland.

About the Role: 

Working closely with the People & Culture Manger, you will have responsibility for: 

  • Liaising with leaders across the business to assist in scheduling time with future talent and onboarding support 

  • Drafting and/or review of position descriptions through to advertisement placement 

  • Being a key contributor at our graduate events 

  • Providing first level support to our people on P&C Policies and Procedures 

  • Scheduling learning and development sessions 

  • Co-ordinating our engagement and culture events, including drafting of comms 

  • Assisting in maintaining our online HRIS system (ELMO) 

  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive firm culture 

About You: 

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate: 

  • An ability to manage and prioritise your workload whilst balancing this with a strong client service focus.    

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and identify and resolve problems effectively  

  • Experience in managing a variety of tasks  

  • An engaging and positive communication style – both from a team and client perspective  

  • A team focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality 

We would expect that you are:   

  • Experienced in recruitment co-ordination 

  • Have or are working towards qualifications in Human Resources or aligned experience 

Along with experience in using: 

  • HRIS (preferably ELMO) 

  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Ppoint, Forms)
