She Lives Tech: In Your Element is an in-person career panel for female students and recent graduates who want real answers about starting a career in tech. 

Join us in FDM’s Sydney or Melbourne centre and engage with female FDM Consultants who have been where you are now. They’ll share how they started, what their roles involve, and what helped them build confidence at work. 

We’ll cover: 

• What it’s really like being a woman in tech  
• What FDM Consultants do day to day  
• Tech careers in the age of AI  
• Your questions, queries, and concerns—all answered live  

You’ll also meet people from FDM’s Recruitment, Sales, and Coaching Team. They’ll share what clients look for, and how we support consultants as they begin their career.  

After the panel, stay for pizza, drinks, and networking with the panellists, the FDM team, and other students and graduates exploring tech.
