Online tests: An aptitude test will help us assess your skill sets and align you to a role that matches your strengths.
Phone interview: A member of the FDM Recruitment Team will call you to talk about the program, available career paths, your career goals, and any questions you have about FDM.
Video interviews: We want to get to know you better. Please take this video interview on your computer.
Assessment Centre: After an introduction to FDM, you'll do three strength-based interviews looking at your ability and potential rather than previous experience. It's also your chance to discuss possible career opportunities.
