Brighter futures start here!
Ever wondered how products make their way from overseas suppliers to store shelves (and your doorstep)?
As a Supply Chain Graduate at Kmart Group, you’ll be right at the centre of it - learning how a large-scale retail supply chain operates end-to-end, and playing a role in making it faster, safer and more efficient for millions of customers every week.
Why this role is for you
This is your chance to:
- Work in a fast-paced, operational environment where no two days are the same
- See how decisions around safety, service and cost are made in real time
- Contribute to real outcomes like speed to market, product availability and safer operations
- Be part of a team transforming how our supply chain supports future growth
You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment as we continue to evolve our supply chain to support the next chapter of Kmart Group.
What you’ll experience
Across your rotations, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full supply chain - learning how products are planned, moved and delivered at scale.
You’ll:
- Rotate through warehouse operations/customer fulfilment centres, transport (including online fulfilment), contract management and planning
- Learn how products move from distribution centres to stores (B2B) and customer fulfilment centres to customers (B2C)
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities to improve performance
- Build skills in problem-solving, stakeholder management and commercial thinking
- Get close to operations and see how theory translates into real business outcomes
You’ll be joining the Supply Chain team at a pivotal moment, as we continue to transform our supply chain to build the capacity and capability needed for the next chapter of growth!
