Rotations could include:

About the Program

Starting in February 2027, our 2-year program includes 3-4 rotations within the Technology function, with a permanent placement upon successful completion. During the program, you'll engage in practical and meaningful work that impacts our customers and allows you to grow your career through a personalised learning program. You'll be fully supported along this journey, working alongside and learning from industry experts.

About You

We’re looking for graduates who are driven, curious, and innovative! Ideally, you’ll have a degree in Engineering Software, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar fields to hit the ground running 🏃‍♂️.

To be eligible for our 2027 program, you'll need to:

• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have Australian permanent residency at the time of application.
• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past 3 years (i.e., 2024, 2025, or 2026) or be due to complete your degree by the end of January 2027.
• Be able to commence full-time employment in Melbourne in February 2027.
