SEEK's 2-Year Strategy & Operations Graduate Program is designed to give curious, driven graduates an exceptional foundation in tech, strategy, and business — with a clear path to roles like Data Scientist, Product Manager, Commercial Analyst, AI Specialist, and beyond.

What you'll do

Complete four 6-month rotations across areas such as core strategy, AI, product development, commercial excellence, and internal start-ups. You'll sharpen your analytical and problem-solving skills, gain real operational experience, and learn directly from senior leaders with backgrounds across global tech and management consulting.

Who we're looking for

You're in your final year of any degree (or graduated within the last two years), hold Australian working rights, and bring curiosity and enthusiasm in spades. International students are welcome to apply.
