SEEK

Whilst each of our Graduate Programs have a tailored selection process, they each follow the same basic stages.

1 - Resume and Application 

• Submit your application via the advertised job link, this will include a request for a resume and response to short-answer questions
• Be sure to submit your application before the advertised deadline as late applications are not accepted

2 - Online Assessment 

• Select candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment
• This could include behavioural questions, technical assessments, coding challenges or business principles questions
• This will often include a video response
• Please be sure to read instructions carefully and complete well before the deadline

3 - Assessment Centre

• Candidates who proceed to assessment centre will be invited to attend either an in-person of virtual assessment centre
• You'll meet SEEkers who you could one day be working with
• You'll undertake elements of a behavioural interview, and depending on which program you have applied to you could also take part in coding challenges, case study interviews and pair programming assessments
• You may also be invited to a final interview post assessment centre

4 - Offers

• We like to move quick, so once we feel you're right for SEEK, we'll do a few checks such as working rights for the relevant locations and then we'll make an offer!
