Life at SEEK for Grads – Social, Supportive, Seriously Fun

When you join SEEK as a grad, you’re not just starting a job – you’re plugging into a community that’s built around learning, connection and doing work that matters. Our purpose is to help people live more fulfilling and productive working lives and help organisations succeed, and grads are brought into that story from day one through real projects, tight‑knit cohorts and visible impact across APAC.

You’ll be supported to understand and settle into life at SEEK with a dedicated network around you – rotation managers, buddies and technical mentors who sit outside your immediate team so you always have a safe, objective sounding board for tricky moments, career decisions and navigating the wider business. Our Accelerator Program and other structured onboarding give you a focused first few weeks to build confidence in our tools, platforms and ways of working, while also creating space for grads and alumni to connect through social events and boardgames.

Outside day‑to‑day work, SEEK invests heavily in shared experiences that make work genuinely social: two Hackathons each year, Tech and grad community events, SEEK Slam, SEEK Soccer, Footy and annual family carnival days – plus marquee programs like Camp SEEK, where SEEKers volunteer to introduce diverse high school students to the world of tech and inclusive cultures, all designed to help you build your network, learn from experts and feel part of a broader tech community from the start.

Our Cremorne HQ is a big part of the experience for ANZ grads: state‑of‑the‑art collaboration spaces, internal wintergardens, outdoor terraces and courtyards, plus a Hub and rooftop terrace with city views and a games area (pool, table tennis, Xbox Series X, PlayStation) that doubles as the social heart of the office. We pair that with flexible working and leave that respects life outside work – from additional personal flexi days and volunteer leave, through to region‑specific perks like flexi days for local celebrations – so you can manage “life admin”, give back and recharge without burning annual leave.
