You have studied hard and you are ready to take the next step. We understand that once you graduate, it's not always easy to find your way. Our next graduate program begins in February 2027. We are looking for problem solvers, innovative thinkers and customer-focused graduates to rotate across our diverse business areas. As an ASX graduate you will learn about the complex and dynamic operations of the market, understand how data shapes our business and contribute to leading-edge innovation to help shape the future of Australia's financial markets. 

What makes our graduate program great?

  • Meaningful rotations – broaden your interests and skills by engaging in 3 x 6 month rotations, tailored to your career pathway
  • Specially-designed induction – our graduate program starts in February every year, with an induction designed to welcome you and help get you up to speed quickly.
  • Structured development program with regular sessions across a broad range of skills you’ll need, such as personal brand, self-awareness, communication skills and presenting.
  • Dedicated support – an experienced buddy will help you settle in and you’ll always have a dedicated graduate coordinator, buddies and mentors focussed on helping you grow professionally.
  • Health and wellbeing programs, including clubs to connect with likeminded colleagues (everything from running to books, badminton, gaming and much more), support networks (LGBTQ+, disability, gender equality and volunteering), regular keynote speakers and access to the Employee Assistance Program.

ASX Technology Division Graduate 

Help us transform our technology.  We run critical market infrastructure with 1 in 3 people employed within Technology and modernisation is a key strategic priority for ASX. You will engineer for excellence, innovate in the cloud, develop modern applications, support from the ground up and keep us cyber-safe.   

If you’ve studied information systems, computer science, engineering, economics, data science or business management, this could be the pathway for you. 

Risk Division- Enterprise Risk and Compliance Graduate 

Help us manage risk and build a stronger, more resilient ASX.  The Risk division partners with teams across ASX to identify, assess and manage enterprise-wide risks, strengthen regulatory compliance and drive effective governance practices. As a graduate, you'll gain exposure to risk management, compliance, business partnering and transformation initiatives. 

If you've studied law, business or commerce, economics, arts or a related discipline, this could be the opportunity for you. 

Technology & Data Division- Business/Commercial Graduate 

Help ASX unlock the value of data, insights and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making, customer outcomes and business performance. As a graduate, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting business development, solving complex business challenges and contributing to initiatives that shape the future of ASX and Australia's financial markets. 

If you've studied business/commerce, management, economics or a related discipline, this could be the opportunity for you. 

Enterprise Customer & Operations Division- Enterprise Operations Graduate 

Help the organisation operate effectively while delivering great outcomes for customers, stakeholders and the market. As a graduate, you'll gain broad exposure to how ASX manages enterprise operations, supplier relationships, operational resilience, governance and business performance. 

If you've studied business/commerce, economics, arts, humanities, psychology, law or a related discipline, this could be the pathway for you. 

Enterprise Customer & Operations Division- Data, Customer Insights & Brand Graduate 

Help the organisation operate effectively while delivering great outcomes for customers, stakeholders and the market. As a graduate, you'll gain hands-on experience working with data, customer research, insights and communications to support strategic decision-making and customer engagement. 

If you've studied business, commerce, data analytics, communications, marketing, data science, science or a related discipline this could be the pathway for you  

Finance & Corporate Affairs Division- Finance Graduate 

It’s not just about the numbers. As a graduate, you’ll use automation to audit and streamline financial reporting or identify cost saving opportunities and be involved in planning a business unit’s finance division structure.  

 This area is for you if you’ve studied accounting, actuarial studies or finance – or any other degree with a strong financial or analytical focus.
