Shortlisted candidates will then go through a phone screening

Successful candidates will then be invited to attend an Assessment Centre on-site with other candidates OR attend a first round of interviews 

Successful candidates from the Assessment Centre/first round interview will then attend a Panel Interview 

Background checks and reference checks will then be completed

An offer is then made to the successful candidate
