Application Process

When you apply for a role at Deloitte, you will go through these four steps:

Application

It is recommended to apply to no more than two roles. Have your CV, Academic transcript (unofficial is ok), and qualification details handy before you begin.
Immersive online assessment

Get to know Deloitte while we get to know you. This stage will give you a real idea of what life is like working at Deloitte. Expect real-life scenarios and questions about your working style.
Short digital interview

If shortlisted, you will proceed to a brief digital interview using a video platform where you can self-record your answers to a few quick questions we'll ask. This is an opportunity for you to show us who you are and your potential fit within the team.

Job Simulations offer a peek into the area you've applied for, with different types of questions, some scenario-based, some requiring video responses. All of this from your home, whenever suits you. It's your time to experience your chosen area and showcase your skills and preferences.

Be genuine; they want to see the real you. Before the assessed questions, there's a practice round in the Video Set-up section.
The Assessment Day

May be in-person or virtual, depending on location and health advice. You will engage in various activities such as information sessions, group case studies, 1:1 interviews, and possibly individual presentations. The exact experience depends on the applied role and business area.

Please note that this is their standard recruitment process. Some teams might have specific steps to complete outside these four.
