Application Process
During the recruitment process, you’ll be taken through the following steps:

Make sure that you are eligible to work in your chosen role’s location:
- You have the required degree
- You have the required skills
- You are due to graduate/a recent graduate
- You have unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Online application
Click through to the position’s online application form. You will need to complete some questions and attach a number of documents, including:
- Your CV – showcase your previous work experience, extra-curricular activities, academic history, volunteer experience and any other qualifications
- Your Academic Record
- eSkill assessment
It is a competency-based assessment administered by eSkill which takes about 30-45 minutes.
We will test your:
- Numerical reasoning
- Verbal reasoning
- Logical reasoning
- Telephone interview
If your online application is successful, you will be invited to introductory call. This is a chance for us to find out a bit more about you, your experience and what makes you tick.
We recommend setting aside half an hour in a quiet location, so you feel comfortable while having a conversation with us. Be prepared to answer some motivational, behavioural, and competency-based questions and showcase your passion for the role. Why do you want to join us?
- Final interview
After reviewing your assessment centre results, you will be meeting with senior management. This interview will include behavioural and technical questions. Make sure that you are prepared for this interview!

Once interviews for the role have been completed, we will get back to you with the outcome. If you are the successful candidate, we will make an offer!
- Pre-employment checks
All our employees must complete background checks and new-joiner paperwork. All information will be provided via email.
