Select your preferred role and location. You’ll receive a confirmation email (contact graduates@honeywell.com if not). Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted due to high application volume.
STEP 2: ONLINE TESTING & VIDEO INTERVIEW Eligible applicants will complete:
Online tests
Video interview (assesses interest, communication, and problem-solving)
Graduate Software Engineers will also complete an online coding challenge.
STEP 3: ASSESSMENT CENTRE Held in the state of your chosen role (in-person only). Includes:
Group exercise
Panel interview
Shortlisted candidates progress to the next stage.
STEP 4: SECOND INTERVIEW Before this stage, you’ll complete an online behavioural profile test to support the selection process.
