Application Process

  1. Application

Ready to kickstart your career with Lucid? Send us your resume, a cover letter tailored to the role, and your academic transcript. We want to get to know you—your experiences, your interests, and what drives you.

  2. Interview

If you're shortlisted, our Talent Team will reach out for a chat. It’s a chance for us to learn more about you, and for you to learn more about us. We’ll talk about your goals, your strengths, and how you see yourself growing at Lucid.

  3. Offer

If it’s a match, we’ll offer you a role with us. From day one, you’ll be supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow—with real projects, real people, and real impact.
