Diversity and inclusion are embedded in everything we do. From how we build products, the way we communicate to our hiring practices. We have one of the most diverse board of directors in the technology sector, with women and minorities holding five out of 11 positions and currently over 70,000 of our people have completed unconscious bias training.  

We strive to hire the best diverse talent that represents the markets we operate in, and we have various initiatives in place to help us do this, like inclusive hiring, apprenticeship, and digital skills for youth programs.
