Morgan Stanley is an American multinational investment bank and financial services company headquartered in New York City. With offices in more than 42 countries and more than 55,000 employees, the firm's clients include corporations, governments, institutions and individuals. Since opening an office in Seoul in 1992, Morgan Stanley has provided a full range of products and services to local and international clients, including M&A, restructuring advisory and capital raising, institutional equity and fixed income sales and trading, research, investment management advisory and private-equity. The firm opened the Seoul branch of Morgan Stanley Bank International in 2005 through which it offers FX, fixed income OTC derivatives and a full suite of interest rate products.
