The Stockland Story

At Stockland, our purpose - a better way to live - is central to everything we do.

For over 70 years, we’ve been creating thriving places for people to live, shop, and work.

We’re proud to be one of Australia’s largest diversified property groups. From creating vibrant residential and land lease communities, to buzzing retail town centres, workplaces, and logistics assets; we design and deliver spaces full of energy, soul, and life.

Our Culture

We’re a values-led organisation, guided by Community, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (CARE). These shape how we show up for each other, for our partners and customers, and for the planet.

Our commitment to diversity and inclusion means creating a workplace where everyone belongs and contributes. We seek out different perspectives to make inclusive and informed decisions, helping us better understand the customers and communities we serve.

Our Impact

For our people

  • We support flexible working – whether it’s from home, in the office, or a mix of both – so you can balance your career with the rest of your life.

  • We offer three days of floating public holidays, volunteering leave, and generous paid parental leave.*

  • Our people also have access to trained mental health peer supporters and a 24/7 Employee Assistance Program, providing support whenever it’s needed.*

  • There are regular opportunities to come together – from grad events to informal catch-ups – supporting social connection, networking, and exposure to senior leaders.

For our community

  • We’re on a mission to redefine what community does and can mean. Creating opportunities for healthier living, stronger community connections, and lifelong education are all part of our plan to reimagine the neighbourhoods we all share.

  • We also know housing is one of the most pressing challenges facing Australians today. We’re actively addressing this by delivering a range of housing solutions that are affordable, diverse, and adaptable to changing needs.

  • We acknowledge and value the rich culture, knowledge, and contribution First Nations Peoples bring to our work. Our Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan helps embed truth-telling, respect, and connection into our projects and partnerships.

For our planet

  • We believe we have both the opportunity and the responsibility to create a more sustainable future – balancing social, environmental, and economic outcomes to deliver long-term value for our customers, investors, and the communities we serve.

  • Our ESG strategy shapes our work, with a focus on practical steps towards net zero emissions, designing for resource longevity, embedding social impact into everything we do, and helping communities adapt and thrive

  • Sustainability is part of every project – we embed circular design principles to reduce waste and regenerate places for the future.    \
