For our early career community, the Early Careers Network (ECN) is a community that provides a platform for employees to learn more about Wood, their colleagues and themselves. The network promotes the development and connectivity of tomorrow’s leaders, while positively contributing to community programs and Wood’s culture.

The ECN also arranges many social activities where grads and interns can connect with each other in more casual environments.
