Resume screen
Your Resume will be screened by our Early Careers Recruitment Team and successful candidates will receive an invitation to complete a psychometric assessment. -
Psychometric assessment
The next stage of the process is typically a psychometric assessment, a standard and scientific method used to measure individuals' cognitive ability and behavioural style.
There is no pass or fail for the psychometric assessment.

If you are proceeding to the next round in the recruitment process, you’ll receive a call from one of our recruiters. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and your career ambitions.
Following this, you may be invited into our offices for a face-to-face interview. This is a chance for you meet our team and demonstrate your skills, experience, and industry knowledge.
